- Tech company > don’t hire folks for biz growth. Non-tech - ops heavy biz does.

- Think Big. Audacious goal. Like it is crazy. AG offering to buy out the merchant side of phonepe. TIming > when the competitor is already down.
- 3 lakh to head hunter > though what bikes for 3 lakh > give to employee only :P
- AI: Think what’s your cost of acquisition. Can you build an offer and pass it down to the user itself.
- Don’t just go into execution > think bigger picture > original ideas.
- Be honest. Be blunt. Be truthful. Portray what you feel honestly. Don’t be a yes sir yes sir.
- Don’t be transactional. Don’t always think about what you will get out of someone. The universe is connected.
- Delegate, Delegate.
- 3 pens . 1 to write what teaches says, 1 of black board, 1 your thoughts.
- Anything is possible, as long as you negotiate hard.
- People have activity orientation without thinking through the meaningfulness of the activity.
